I loved the quick and easy check out. the comfy bed helped me rest after a long day. the location within the crown complex is perfect. I was right in the middle of everything!

electronic curtains soaking tub dining options

the room had electronic curtains and a deep soaking tub. the in-room dining options were varied. the turn down service was a nice touch. i found the minibar options met my needs.

I found that the program kept my credit card details from two years ago. i had to contact the company myself to have it removed. It created a little inconvenience.

the hotel has easy access to retail shops. it is close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the theater district. the location is perfect for accessing tourist attractions, and public transport is readily available.

the room had a spacious bathroom. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the bed was very comfortable. prompt room service and cleaning were available.

the hotel offered only two complimentary water bottles per day.
